Marketing Immersion Workshop™

The Marketing Immersion Workshop is designed to help participants develop actionable ways to identify new marketing and lead generation opportunities.  The collective intelligence of the group is used to uncover and articulate new strategies that can be translated into a specific tactical plan.  The first day is devoted to learning new skills and approaches, while the second half-day focuses on solving a specific marketing issue facing your company.

Innovation Immersion Workshop™

The Innovation Immersion Workshop pushes participants outside of their respective job titles and responsibilities to become entrepreneurs and new product evangelists within the context of company goals and objectives.  The workshop focus is on changing entrenched ways of thinking, while having fun at the same time.  A portion of the session is devoted to building a company value map, which can be used to brainstorm new market opportunities.

Who should attend?

Employees working in marketing, sales, research and development, product and service development, customer service, operations or finance will benefit from the workshops.  It is often desirable to have a cross-section of individuals from different functional areas participate.
